Following the initial meeting, a creative consultation will be scheduled, after which a detailed proposal of work, timeline and cost will be provided, along with realistic renderings of your property. Once the proposal is approved by you, work begins as scheduled.

At The Glen Road, we have our own in-house construction, material hauling, and waste removal divisions, and we never have to rely on someone else. This helps to ensure that we can provide not only accurate quotes but timelines and completion dates, especially on large scale projects.

Should you need to modify or add to an existing quote, work change orders are provided, to ensure your expectations are met throughout the course of the project.
